A graduate from the Film Program at Full Sail Real World Education, Randy's diverse list of credits include Director, Director of Photography and Editor for various films, documentaries, music videos, commercials and television programs with ESPN, CBS4, Magnolia Pictures, and many more. IMDB page.
Elvis Suarez - Photography Director
After attending the Photography Program at Miami Dade College, Elvis teamed up with Randy. The addition of his photography expertise helped transform what was a small film and video production company into a MultiMedia firm. His work with GlassWorks has been published in magazines and won awards in various photography galleries including "Best in Show."
Adam Suarez - Business Manager
What he lacks in personality and likeability, he makes up for in ambition! Adam willingly accepts the tough task of organizing a group of creative guys into a professional team.
Julien Diaz- Cinematographer
A UCF Film School graduate, Julien started Merge Studios with a passion to tell captivating documentary stories. His talents have since expanded to commercials, music videos, and commercial documentaries. Julien has won various awards, most notably his work on "The Yachts Of Seabourn" and "The Last Survivor."
John Llambes - Cinematographer
A Miami Art Institue Film School graduate, John has worked with Randy for 6 years. John is a Creative Director at his own media company, 1501 studio, and his cinematography ability and experience is a valuable addition the the GlassWorks team.
Fernando Herrera -Graphic Department Art Director
After graduating with a Graphic Design degree from the University of Miami and acquiring years of experience both as a freelance designer and working in major South Florida television networks, Fernando joined GlassWorks and completed the all-in-one multimedia firm Randy and Elvis always intended to create. Since, he has founded his own design company, NFX Design Studio, and has been a key member in establising GlassWorks Multimedia's reputation for clean, modern and sleek artwork.

Roxana Clares - Writer and Editor
Bachelor Degree in Language Arts from Florida International University. Roxana tackles the task of turning technical jargon into articulate articles and treatments.
